General Laborers (Section 3 Targeted)

Experience: Minimum of Six month General Labor experience is required for this position.

Education: High School Diploma / GED is required per policy

Language: No restrictions (All English, all Spanish or both) is required to communicate with staff.

Driver's License: Standard Class C License is required to operate company vehicles and complete assigned job tasks.

Requirements

• Must submit to a background check (MVR)
• Must be a resident of public housing; or a resident of other public housing projects or Section-8 assisted housing; or be a Youth Build program participant.
  
  

Duties: Synergy Project Contractors, Inc. is seeking dedicated and skilled general laborers. This position aims to fulfill obligations under Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. This act ensures that employment and other economic opportunities generated by HUD-funded projects are directed towards low- and very low-income individuals in the project's vicinity.
