Foundation Repair Technician

Synergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovating and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform foundation repair services, including pier installation, slab leveling, and structural support.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic equipment safely.
• Perform excavation, concrete work, and site cleanup as needed.
• Inspect foundation issues and complete repairs according to project requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Experience

• Experience in foundation repair, construction, or a related trade preferred.
• Knowledge of slab, pier and beam, and structural repair methods.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
