Compensation:
$23 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and workflow
- Oversee CSR duties: scheduling, call handling, booking quality, and customer communication
- Coordinate technician schedules, dispatch, and job flow
- Handle invoicing, job close-out, and follow-ups
- Maintain organization of paperwork, permits, and job records
- Handle Payroll
- Communicate clearly with ownership on issues, trends, and improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes
- Excellent communication (phone, text, email)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) preferred
- Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or office management strongly preferred
