We are seeking an Enrollment Trainee to support customer enrollment and service activation for wireless products. This position involves face-to-face customer interaction, guiding individuals through plan options, device selection, and account setup to ensure an accurate and smooth activation process.
The Enrollment Trainee will receive structured training on wireless services, device features, account setup procedures, and CRM systems. Once trained, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service enrollment, documenting information correctly, and supporting the activation process from start to finish.
Enrollment Trainee Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person by explaining wireless plans, device features, and available service options.
- Verify customer eligibility and complete enrollment steps using company workflows and CRM tools.
- Guide customers through device selection and plan enrollment based on their usage needs.
- Collect and verify all required documentation to ensure accurate service activation.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records, including customer notes, progress updates, and enrollment status.
- Track activation steps and follow up on pending items to ensure timely service completion.
- Identify opportunities for customers to upgrade devices or add services based on account activity.
- Coordinate with the Enrollment Trainee team and managers to resolve delays, documentation issues, or service escalations.
- Support customer retention by providing clear explanations, answering questions, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Enrollment Trainee Requirements
- Prior experience working directly with customers in retail, service, or enrollment environments is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow structured processes, manage multiple enrollment tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with defined goals and service expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to learn digital workflows quickly.
- Strong attention to detail when completing enrollment forms and verifying documentation.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options or upgrades.
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
