Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative located in Lafayette, LA. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and selling medical testing services, understanding and addressing clients’ needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will also be responsible for meeting sales goals, staying updated on medical products and services, and delivering presentations to promote Synergy Medical Solutions' offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and deliver persuasive presentations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and trust
- Basic understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy-related concepts
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare sales or a related role is a significant advantage
