- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly with outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate and manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
- Support the sales team by assisting with onboarding new clients, preparing proposals, and tracking sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account details, and project statuses to facilitate smooth communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored communication strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements within the SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer service roles within financial services or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is highly desirable.
