Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Service Coordinator to support client communication and execute order processing across both wholesale partners and direct-to-consumer clients.
This is a detail-focused, execution role. You will handle day-to-day requests, process orders, and ensure information is accurate and communicated clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming communication from wholesale partners and retail clients (phone and email)
- Process wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and send quotes as requested
- Create and send invoices, ensuring accuracy
- Provide updates to clients regarding order status and timelines
- Support the Beverly Hills store with client inquiries when needed
- Coordinate internally with sales, production, and shipping teams for order updates
- Maintain organized and accurate records across systems

- 2 years experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple requests at once
- Reliable with consistent follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
