Our client is actively hiring a Marketing Lead to support and scale their North America marketing activation efforts. This is the first internal marketing hire for the U.S. Interactive team and a highly visible role with the opportunity to help shape how the organization goes to market.
The role reports into the Global Head of Marketing who owns overall strategy and senior stakeholder engagement. This position will focus on marketing activation, execution, and demand generation, working closely with sales, partners, and creative teams.
Role Overview
This Marketing Lead will be responsible for executing regional marketing initiatives aligned to global strategy, with a strong emphasis on B2B branding, demand generation, and field marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to help build and scale a growing marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute North America marketing initiatives aligned with global strategy
- Partner with sales and GTM teams to support pipeline growth and new client acquisition
- Plan and run events, tradeshows, conferences, and field marketing activations
- Support branding and thought leadership initiatives
- Execute demand generation programs across digital, email, social, ABM, and webinars
- Support sales enablement efforts including pitch materials and campaign support
- Track marketing performance, ROI, and impact using data and analytics
Required Background
- 8–14 years of B2B marketing experience (ideal range: 8–10 years)
- Strong experience with events-based marketing and activations
- Proven ability to run tradeshows, conferences, and client-facing events
- Background in branding, content strategy, and demand generation
- Experience marketing to enterprise B2B clients
- Consulting, marketing agency, or B2B software experience preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
Salary : $109,000 - $160,000
