What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Strategist position at Synergy Interactive?
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead communication strategies that leverage customer insights to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance the customer lifecycle.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns rooted in CRM principles to achieve client business goals.
- Gain deep understanding of customer attitudes, beliefs, barriers, and motivators throughout their journey by utilizing primary/secondary research and social listening.
- Design customer experience programs across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, mobile, and social platforms.
- Research, write, and deliver creative briefs to internal teams.
- Develop content strategies for new campaigns that engage customers and influence behavior change.
- Collaborate with creative teams to inspire outstanding work through strategic direction, channel expertise, and data-driven insights.
- Partner with vendors and agency collaborators to maintain strategic alignment across program elements.
- Work closely with the Marketing Sciences team to establish KPIs, define learning/testing plans, and deliver performance analyses and key takeaways.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay current on evolving CRM best practices and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM strategy and development of business rules.
- Data-driven marketer with critical thinking skills; able to separate actionable insights from noise in campaign planning and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience across CRM channels (email, direct mail, mobile, social, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients; comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and attention to detail.
Salary : $45 - $50
