Digital Creative Director – Digital Agency
We’re looking for a hands-on creative leader who can generate ideas that resonate in the real world and lead their execution across digital and interactive experiences. This role combines strategic thinking, craft, and collaboration to create work that moves the culture, drives results, and inspires teams.
Responsibilities
Creative Concepting & Execution
- Generate high-volume concepts that connect to the overarching brand idea—from brand platforms to social, activation, and product flows.
- Own craft execution: write scripts, art-direct shoots, oversee interactive experiences, and cut social edits. Fluency in generative AI tools is a plus. You’ll stay hands-on until the work ships.
- Present work internally and to clients with clarity and conviction; defend creative decisions while incorporating feedback without losing the core idea.
- Use contemporary tools to move fast: boards, Figma prototypes, and generative AI exploration. Know when to polish for craft and when to ship for speed.
- Build reusable systems as you go: design templates, tone guides, motion patterns—making future rounds smarter and faster.
Digital & Interactive Leadership
- Direct the creation of end-to-end digital experiences (web, app, email) that extend the brand platform; collaborate with UX, product, and engineering to ship.
- Ensure interaction craft matters: motion quality, accessibility, responsive behavior, and performance optimization.
- Connect creative choices to business outcomes: clicks, conversions, engagement. Learn what works and iterate.
Collaboration & Team Growth
- Partner with Strategy, Production, and Engineering to scope work, manage timelines, and deliver on schedule.
- Contribute to team rituals, creative standards, and new-business efforts; help shape the team’s processes and culture.
- Mentor junior creatives and foster an environment where people can do their best work.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years at agencies or studios that produce award-winning work, with 2 years leading work as a Creative Director (CD) or Associate Creative Director (ACD).
- Portfolio of recognized brand campaigns and shipped digital work; show ideas that have moved the needle culturally or commercially.
- Proven experience leading projects from brief through concepting, production, delivery, and optimization.
- Collaborative experience across disciplines (strategy, UX, engineering, production) to bring integrated ideas to life.
- Strong client-facing experience: able to tell the story of the idea and bring stakeholders along.
- Track record of leading work that actually shipped, not just pitched.

Salary : $170,000 - $205,000
