What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Affairs Coordinator position at Synergy Interactive?
Primary responsibilities:
- Support Head of Business Affairs with daily tasks (e.g., scheduling, expenses, document management, etc.);
- Enter and maintain dealmaking records for the BA team using Salesforce and Airtable databases to track deal terms, negotiation progress, and approvals;
- Track contract payments, request payee changes, content terminations, etc.
- Preparing offer proposals for the engagement of talent and personnel for both stage and audio productions, including, but not limited to, voiceover performers, writers, sound designers, directors, casting directors, etc.
- Assist with high-priority, urgent research projects
Basic Qualifications:
- B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree
- Fluency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, Airtable, and similar tools
- Experience working with databases and high volumes of information
- Excellent business judgment, detail and accuracy oriented, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and a track record of proven success.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.
- Preferred Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry
