Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience operating CNC press brake machines and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precision parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities / Daily Duties:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications
- Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings based on material type and thickness
- Perform machine setups including loading programs, adjusting back gauges, and aligning tooling
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality throughout production runs
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
- Make necessary adjustments to programs or machine settings to maintain tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Maintain production records and document completed work
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines (preferably 5 years)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- May require heavy lifting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with multiple CNC control systems
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
