Spanish and English Speaking Caregiver

We are looking for bilingual, English and Spanish speaking, caregivers with a driver's license to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield. As a caregiver you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are a non-medical home care company dedicated to helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while providing compassionate and trusted care. Our Caregivers are responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also monitor and report changes in client condition, maintain accurate records of services provided, and collaborate with our office team to ensure comprehensive care.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide trusted and compassionate care focusing on clients' unique needs
