What You'll Do
- Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection
- Build lasting relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-up
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
- Conduct insurance needs analyses and recommend the right coverage
- Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy servicing
- Track client interactions and manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Spot cross-sell opportunities across home, auto, commercial insurance, mortgage, tax, and real estate
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Comfortable learning basic computer/CRM systems
- Active Life Insurance License preferred, or willing to obtain one
- Prior sales, retail, banking, or customer service experience a plus - not required
