What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA position at SYNERGY HomeCare?
We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant with a combination of persistence and patience to provide structure for a young male with TBI that thrives with consistency. The client is in his 30's and lives at home with his Mom and Dad just outside of River Falls. He loves to stay busy and likes to be out in the community.
Male caregiver would work best with this client. Hours are flexible and will depend on the individuals availability versus needs. Day, evening and weekend hours available.

PCA qualifications:
• Experience with TBI clients (preferred but not required)
• Willing to learn new things & travel
• Caring, compassionate, dependable, and committed
• Pass a national background check, a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration and a reliable car
