Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Home Care Recruiter & Scheduler for a full-time, on-site role in Glenview, IL. The candidate will manage caregiver recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes, ensuring we have a skilled and compassionate team. Daily responsibilities include scheduling caregiver shifts, addressing client inquiries, maintaining staff availability, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in both employee satisfaction and the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition experience, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Scheduling and time management skills to optimize caregiver-client matches and address last-minute changes
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage with caregivers, clients, and team members
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, working under pressure to resolve scheduling conflicts or staff shortages
• Experience with home care or healthcare industries is a plus
• Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in human resources or healthcare administration is advantageous
