Responsibilities:
Provide personal care while assisting with showers, grooming, feeding, and medication management, as needed while assisting with daily living activities, to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients
Keeping up with light housekeeping, running errands or shopping and transporting or escorting clients to appointments
Encourage independence and participation in activities, while promoting a safe and welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and support
Maintain accurate records of care and services provided
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Dependable Vehicle, Current Auto Insurance and a Valid Drivers License
