Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. We take pride in serving our community with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and running errands.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
• Uphold resident rights by treating all clients with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, reliable and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to assist with client transfer and mobility as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Preferred but not required - Experience in patient care or as a Personal Care Aide (Training is available).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is a plus.
