Job Summary

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Ellicott City, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a dependable and caring individual to join our team as a House Cleaning/Home Caregiver. As a House Cleaning/Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, safe, and comfortable, while also providing companionship and personal care assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general house cleaning and housekeeping duties, including washing and putting away dishes, taking out trash, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting and cleaning surfaces, and more
• Assist with light meal preparation when needed
• Provide companionship and friendly social interaction
• Assist clients with daily household needs
• Provide personal care assistance when needed and within the caregiver's qualifications and training
• Establish a professional and respectful relationship with clients and their families
• Communicate appropriately with the office regarding client needs or concerns
• Provide reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
