SYNERGY HomeCare of Bedford, NH is brand new, locally owned, and we're building our team from the ground up.

You don't need years of caregiving experience to join our team.

Some of the best caregivers we've met are people who simply care about people. We'll provide paid orientation, training, and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people of different ages and abilities. Every client is different, and that's what makes this work so rewarding.

Depending on the client's needs, you may:

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Help with light housekeeping and keeping the home comfortable

• Prepare meals

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with everyday activities and personal needs

• Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, or errands when needed

• Build a trusting relationship with clients and their families

• Communicate with our care team and help us provide consistent, dependable care

• Bring a little extra kindness to someone's day

Sometimes the most important thing you do is simply be there.

• $18–$35 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

• Paid orientation and ongoing training

• Direct deposit

• Time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays

• Flexible scheduling
