CNA/HHA/PCA - Immediate Need

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Hopkinton, MA. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who can provide personalized support and quality care to clients in their homes. Long-hour shifts are available for caregivers seeking consistent work.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
