BASED ON CLIENT NEEDING: WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
SHORT SHIFTS DURING THE DAY AND OVERNIGHT SCHEDULE
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide attentive, high-quality care to client during the day and nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with personal care during the day and monitoring throughout the night.
Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as needed
Help with mobility and offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay awake and alert throughout overnight shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
HHA Certificate or CNA License
Previous caregiving or in home care experience preferred
Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.

Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Memory care a plus!
SYNERGY HomeCare offers:
· Pay rate: $17.50-$18.00 hour
· Direct deposit
· W2 employment (not 1099)
