Synergy Foodservice is seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage our East Central and North Florida territory. The primary focus is Orange County and the greater Orlando area, with additional coverage throughout Osceola, Brevard, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Marion, Flagler, Alachua, Putnam, St. Johns, Clay, and Duval Counties. Regular travel throughout the territory is required.
This is a field-based sales position responsible for building relationships and sales opportunities with foodservice dealers, consultants, multi-unit/independent operators, in the restaurant, entertainment, healthcare, and education markets throughout Central/North Florida.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established East Central/North Florida territory.
- Represent leading smallwares, tabletop, buffetware, servingware, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and hospitality brands.
- Build relationships with chefs, food & beverage directors, purchasing teams, operators, consultants, and dealer partners.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations, product showcases, and smallwares and tabletop consultative meetings.
- Deliver product samples and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with dealer partners to drive specifications and sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and territory plan.
- Accurately document customer activity, opportunities, and sales efforts within Salesforce.
- Attend industry events, customer functions, trade shows, and manufacturer trainings.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience (required).
- Foodservice industry experience (required).
- Experience calling on hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, education, and foodservice operators.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform (required).
- Working knowledge of AutoQuotes (preferred).
- Strong territory management and account development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the East Central/North Florida markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturer representative experience.
- Dealer, distribution, tabletop, hospitality, or foodservice equipment experience.
- Existing relationships within the Central/North Florida foodservice community.
- Experience working with hotels, resorts, country clubs, healthcare systems, universities, and chain accounts.
