Digital Project Manager
3-5 years Agency Experience
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing agency client account services and working closely with internal teams to ensure all account and project services are fulfilled.
This person will be asked to regularly collaborate with an extended team of media specialists, account managers, and interactive strategists to fulfill the duties of the position.
Typical activities and deliverables will include:
· Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders and clients to keep them up to date with project delivery, timelines, schedule, status, action items and any necessary information.
· Write SOWs and project plans while assessing risk and forecast concerns related to budget, timelines, communication, quality, scope, resourcing or any issues that may effect project completion - assist in defining solutions to mitigate any risk or concerns.
· Gather requirements and collaborate with necessary staff to create SOW, project plans, and accurate information.
· Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while satisfying agreed-upon customer requirements and specifications within project scope
· Plans and manages meetings as necessary and reviews deliverables for quality and accuracy before handing off to client.
· Keep records of clients' advertising schedules and budgets
Qualifications
- Proven experience with online advertising, SEO, Creative, UX, and Web Development.
- Writing SOWs and Project Plans
- 3 years of online advertising experience and 3 years of client-facing experience preferred; or a relevant advertising, analytics, or financial degree
- Basic understanding of accounting principles - invoicing, managing work to budget, and realization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Workfront, Excel, Power Point and MS Office, Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience organizing a team or managing task-oriented projects within a team
