What You’ll Be Doing
This position is responsible for operating equipment, loading and unloading, driving tender trucks, making deliveries, and performing general labor as needed in our agronomy department. During the off season, this position will assist in our grain department, performing commercial driving duties such as safely and efficiently transporting and handling grain, loading and unloading grain trucks, and performing general cleaning and maintenance.

What We Need from You
- A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance
- Class A CDL required
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions with extended work hours in peak season
- Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and 25-50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bonus Points if You Have
- Agronomy, grain or other agriculture related experience
- Willingness to cross-train
- Associate degree or technical certificate in related field desired
