Social Media & Content Coordinator

Synergy Collective is a boutique agency specializing in business strategy, digital marketing, and design. We’re passionate about helping brands grow with intention and we’re looking for a talented, junior-level Social Media & Content Coordinator to keep our online presence active and engaging.

This is a part-time freelance role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to manage social channels and create short-form written content.

• Manage and post content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Write engaging captions for Instagram posts (creative assets provided)
• Draft and publish 4 short blog-style posts per month for our website or LinkedIn
• Keep an eye on trends and suggest new content ideas, especially for TikTok and LinkedIn
• Maintain consistency of voice and messaging across platforms
  

• Junior-level social media enthusiast with strong writing skills
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn (personal or professional use)
• Confident managing social channels and posting consistently
• Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently
• Comfortable working with a small, collaborative team
  

• Basic understanding of SEO for blogs
• Passion or interest in writing
• Interest in business, marketing, or digital trends
  

• Approximately 15-20 hours per month
