Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Carriage House Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or higher in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
- ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY eligible
