Key Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for high performing teams and mentor junior practitioners across the organization.
- Hybrid Management: Design and implement tailored frameworks that combine Agile and Waterfall for large-scale programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate technical progress into executive-level insights to guide leadership decision-making.
- Program Coordination: Manage risks and dependencies for initiatives valued at $50M while facilitating PI planning.
- Cultural Change: Model servant leadership and drive organizational maturity through continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience: 8 years in SDLC environments with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Expertise: Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations or digital transformations.
- Methodology: Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and traditional Waterfall/Phase Gate approaches.
- Certifications: PSM II, CSM, or SPC are required. PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in regulated sectors is a significant plus.
