The right candidate is proactive and forward-thinking, able to identify risks early, get in front of issues, and keep the team focused and moving smoothly. You don't wait to be told what to do-you see what's missing, bring clarity, and take action for the team. Most importantly, you are a true servant leader and an exceptional teammate. You create a safe, collaborative environment, remove obstacles, and empower the team to do their best work. You protect the team's time and focus and continuously look for ways to improve how the team works together.
