We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to support the ongoing evolution and enhancement of the enterprise IT4U portal. This is a critical, high-visibility role focused on ensuring that organizational change is effectively designed, communicated, and successfully adopted across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven change leader with strong communication skills, deep stakeholder management experience, and a proven ability to apply structured change methodologies such as ADKAR to drive measurable adoption outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping how users experience and adopt new releases across a large enterprise environment.
This is a fully onsite opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, executives, and enterprise communications stakeholders.
🌟 What You’ll Do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end change management strategy for IT4U releases and enhancements. You will work closely with product, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with product and stakeholder teams to understand upcoming releases, change impacts, and user behavior shifts
- Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, personas, and readiness needs
- Design and execute enterprise-wide communication and engagement strategies aligned with ADKAR principles
- Develop clear, impactful change deliverables such as:
- Release announcements
- FAQs
- Training materials
- Job aids and readiness guides
- Manage and streamline the OCM intake and workflow process, ensuring consistency and prioritization across business units
- Drive adoption of the change intake process through stakeholder education and engagement
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure messaging alignment and enterprise standards compliance
- Support leaders, champions, and SMEs in cascading communications and reinforcing adoption behaviors
- Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and user sentiment insights to measure effectiveness
- Provide leadership with regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for improving adoption outcomes
- Maintain all OCM documentation including communication plans, stakeholder maps, and impact assessments
🧠What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) supporting technology initiatives
- Strong, hands-on experience applying the ADKAR model
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking adoption KPIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Preferred Experience:
- Enterprise technology rollout or transformation programs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow / ITSM environments
