Project Manager

Title: Program Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA 30328

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale enterprise business and technical enablement projects.
• Direct the overall work efforts of a project team.
• Provide oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals for complex initiatives.
• Manage programs/projects from initial concept through post-implementation, including multiple cycles.
• Develop strategies and solutions of high business value, evaluating project risks and issues.
• Drive execution on key workstreams with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and control related projects with complex dependencies, applying knowledge of planning tools.
• Manage project scope, drive implementation, and ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Assist in team development and hold teams accountable for commitments.
• Use Agile framework to implement technology projects.
• Ensure project governance and construct reporting and tracking frameworks.
• Escalate issues and risks appropriately.
• Prioritize project activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex, high-profile projects crossing several business lines.
• Ability to solve complex problems and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 10 plus years of project/program management experience.
• Previous banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management and personal organization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in virtual teams.
• Extensive experience with project management tools, MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and document management.
• Subject matter expertise in project control, reporting, planning, and organization within an Agile framework.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience managing projects for complex, high-profile business initiatives.
• Ability to solve complex problems and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services industry practices.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $42.86 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
