Collaborate closely with art directors, editors, designers, and producers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail and mastery of retouching techniques.

Details:

On-Site Expectations: Hybrid onsite (T-W-Th) in Culver City or Cupertino

Duration: 06/02/2026-12/02/2026

Pay: $50-$60/hour

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in retouching, with specialization in portraits, beauty, color correction, masking/silhouetting, and compositing.
• Ability to work independently, interpret multiple feedback points swiftly, and implement revisions efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both technical and workflow issues.
• Experience working with design templates and layout compositions.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-volume production environments.
• Exceptional file management habits, including meticulous organization and timely delivery.
• Quick learner of new software and workflows.
• Deep understanding of aesthetic style, UI, and brand consistency.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional experience in fashion or lifestyle imagery.
• Knowledge of additional editing tools beyond Adobe Suite.
• Experience with video retouching or motion graphics.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 7 years of professional retouching experience.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of retouching work.
• Prior experience in fast-moving production settings is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Submission of a comprehensive portfolio or website link with your resume.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, and Keynote.
• A keen eye for detail, organization, and consistency in work processes.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
