Title: Global HR Systems Functional Lead

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible extension)

We’re seeking a dynamic Global HR Systems Functional Lead to drive critical international Workday implementations and serve as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions. This influential role offers the opportunity to shape global HR processes across Europe and APAC, ensuring seamless system configurations and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this pivotal position, you will partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, and regional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications. Your expertise will directly influence the success of the Workday deployment, helping organizations realize their digital transformation goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and cultural nuances.

Required Skills:

• 7 years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or HR systems implementation.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements workshops with global stakeholders.
• Expertise in translating business processes into detailed system requirements for enterprise platforms.
• Strong documentation skills, including process maps, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience supporting global HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, or Workforce Management initiatives.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience supporting Workday implementations or major transformations.
• Knowledge of multi-country HR processes and regional regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time, and Absence.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant professional experience in HR systems or business analysis within multinational organizations.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to coordinate across multiple time zones and regions.
• Ability to produce clear, detailed documentation and manage multiple workstreams.
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $64.48 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
