The Role
We’re seeking a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager. You’ll manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution — ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC projects
- Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and billing
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site performance
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3 years managing mechanical/HVAC projects
- 3 years managing NYC public projects
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal, and piping
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 40 (minimum) certification required
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
