Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare paper personnel files for scanning and electronic conversion.
- Scan and upload documents accurately into the appropriate electronic folders/system.
- Ensure documents are properly named, categorized, and organized for easy retrieval.
- Review electronic files for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
- Perform data entry and update information as needed.
- Maintain an organized workflow to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Handle confidential employee and personnel information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Follow company procedures regarding the handling, storage, and security of confidential records.
- Perform other administrative duties related to the records-conversion project as needed.
Requirements/Guidelines:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 6 months of administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Paycom is a plus
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity while performing repetitive administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
