Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and mid-level providers
Follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
Administer IM injections
Obtain vital signs and perform related supervised clinical functions
Assist with EKGs
Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality control
Manage weekly inventory and ordering
Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

2 weeks paid training (Monday–Friday) — mandatory

Requirements
Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Clinic Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating)
Compensation
💰 $30/hour
