SynergenX Health and Low T Center are a growing telehealth and wellness organization specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), men’s health, women’s health, and weight management. We provide patient-centered care through both clinic locations and telemedicine platforms.

Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Missouri-licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide virtual care in a high-demand telehealth environment.

Position Overview

This is a fully remote, part-time telemedicine role focused on evaluating and treating patients for hormone therapy and wellness services. Providers deliver care via secure video visits while maintaining high clinical standards and patient satisfaction.

Schedule

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week (8-20 hours avg per week)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Fully remote (telehealth visits conducted online)
• Hourly, non-exempt w2 employee

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient visits via telemedicine platform
• Evaluate and treat patients for:
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
  • Weight management
• Review labs, medical history, and treatment plans
• Document visits accurately in EMR
• Provide a high-quality, patient-focused experience
• Follow established clinical protocols and guidelines

Required Qualifications (Must Meet All Requirements)

• Active Missouri Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Active DEA License (Missouri)
• Active BNDD License (Missouri)
• Active NPI with correct taxonomy (FNP or PA)
• No current or pending malpractice claims
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Experience with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
• Availability for scheduled telehealth shifts (2–3 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in hormone therapy, primary care, or wellness
• Prior telemedicine experience
