Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement an engaging and effective onboarding program for new hires.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or Talent Management.
- Understanding of HR processes (Acquisition, onboarding, and retention).
