Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and technical work in industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Utilize hand tools, gauges, and measuring devices to complete assigned tasks.
- Operate overhead cranes, hoists, and related equipment safely.
- Read and follow work instructions, technical documentation, and measurement requirements.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards on all assignments.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support field and shop operations as needed.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Experience working safely in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to use mechanical tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read prints, gauges, and technical instructions.
- Ability to perform physical work, including occasional heavy lifting.
- Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating overhead cranes or hoists.
- Previous manufacturing, maintenance, industrial, or field service experience.
- Familiarity with precision measurements and industrial equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.
