Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business and meet revenue goals.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across residential and commercial prospects.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals featuring the latest in comfort technologies and energy-efficient systems.
- Lead with financing options to help customers make informed and affordable decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation, promoting a superior customer experience.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance goals, share best practices, and support team success.
- Provide timely follow-up to prospects and existing clients through calls and email communications.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of leads, pipeline activity, and client interactions.
- Submit regular sales performance updates and pipeline reports to sales leadership.
- Perform additional sales-related duties as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales with a strong record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Previous experience in home services, HVAC, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during severe weather, as needed.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a range of climate conditions.
