Job Description:
Our client is seeking a full time licensed Architect. They specialize in commercial, industrial, and municipal projects on a national level and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in all facets of professional design services.
Candidates must possess a professional degree in Architecture and be proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related design development programs. Prior experience in a professional design setting is preferred.
Responsibilities will encompass all phases of professional design services, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, including such tasks as preparing contracts; evaluating program requirements; performing code analyses; developing designs and related construction documents; interacting with clients, contractors and regulatory officials; collaborating with other design team members; reviewing shop drawings and submittals; and performing other project management related tasks.

Job Requirements:
- BS in Architecture, BArch or higher degree
- Experience in consulting firm operations and a thorough understanding of architectural practices.
- Personal computer operation knowledge.
- Ability to gather pertinent information and requirements and to effectively communicate all such data to associates.
- Ability and enthusiasm to be involved in setting goals and to impart this enthusiasm and leadership to others involved in the architectural work of the company.
- Assist Operation/Sales & Marketing Directors in preparation of Proposals, Project Budgets and Schedules
