A well-established manufacturer and distributor serving commercial markets is seeking a Product Support Specialist to support product data, documentation, pricing, and customer-facing resources. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across operations, sales, marketing, and product teams while helping keep critical information accurate and organized.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage warranty requests, textile approvals, pricing updates, and product documentation
• Maintain accurate product information across internal systems and customer-facing resources
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product option evaluations
• Support leadership with insights that drive product decisions and strategy
• Develop and maintain technical resources, specification tools, and assessment reports
• Support bids, contracts, customer inquiries, and internal teams with product information
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to resolve data discrepancies
• Support process improvements and ongoing product development initiatives
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous sales, customer service, or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Preferred Experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Engineering knowledge or exposure to technical products
