Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will provide work direction and supervision to maintenance employees to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services in accordance with the company"s policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance operations by prioritizing work orders, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating emergency repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of maintenance activities
• Manage and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversee repairs to plant equipment, perform root cause analysis, and support capital projects to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Utilize SAP and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to plan maintenance activities, track work orders, maintain records, manage spare parts inventory, and improve maintenance performance
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel while ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, sanitation, and all applicable regulatory and safety standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 years of maintenance experience; 2 years of supervisor or lead experience
• Previous experience working in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical
• Must be able to work Sunday to Thursday from 6pm to 4am
• Knowledge of PLC's, pumps, valves, conveyor systems, etc.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
