Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Account Manager role based in Hammonton, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing work orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring service performance, and resolving issues to maintain safety, quality, and brand standards. The role involves reviewing reports and metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize programs and reduce operational complexity, and communicating status updates, timelines, and recommendations to clients. The Account Manager will also support contract adherence, assist with pricing and proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement of VMGFM’s service offerings.
Qualifications
- Client relationship and account management skills, including experience serving as a main point of contact for multi-site or commercial clients.
- Operations and coordination skills, such as managing work orders, scheduling services, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
