What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kiln Operator position at Synerfac Technical Staffing?
We have a client in Sarver, PA searching for kiln operators at their facility.
- Responsible for running the kiln efficiently, while also performing final inspection on the final product before they are packed into boxes
- Load and unload kiln cars at a rate of 1 car per hour for each shift
- Use a scale to weigh out appropriate number of parts in each box
- Deliver all packed boxes to shipping department
- Build/make boxes for shipping
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Need to be able to work in a hot working area, especially in the summer
- Must have reliable attendance and be able to work on weekly rotating shift schedule
