Insurance Agency is looking for a customer service representative to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. Company specializes in auto, home, and all types of business insurance. As a CSR, you will assist with daily incoming calls, billing, endorsements, and general customer service for existing policies. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, develop relationships with clients, be able to stay organized and meet deadlines. This position is an in office opportunity.
General Responsibilities: - Inbound phone calls - Billing - Endorsements - General customer service - Information gathering and data entry - policy questions, quoting
Skills and qualifications: - 1-3 years of career experience in personal/ commercial property and casualty insurance, customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and listening skills -
Experience working with a CRM such as Applied Epic, Salesforce, QQCatalyst, AMS360 is a plus - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary: $52k-68k
