Job Duties & Responsibilities:
*Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, including labor, materials, and equipment requirements
*Develop job plans, procedures, and timelines while supporting shutdowns and small capital projects
*Utilize systems like SAP PM and CMMS to manage work orders, backlog, and reporting
*Facilitate scheduling meetings, track job status, and communicate updates to internal teams and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
*2 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related data-driven roles
*Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance processes, and scheduling best practices
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working within CMMS platforms
*Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills & Experience:
*Experience with SAP PM systems
*Familiarity with electrical systems, shutdown planning, and small capital project coordination
Compensation: $28-$29/hr to start
