Industrial Engineer Job Responsibilities :
-Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency for existing and new products.
-Create and maintain auditable Bills of Material (BOM) and Bills of Labor (BOL) for production processes.
-Generate and interpret data from the ERP system using technical drawings and specifications to support BOM/BOL documentation.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes and inspection points.
- Ensure compliance with product requirements and industry regulations to uphold company reputation.
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing, quality, and production control to facilitate effective material distribution, assembly, inspection, and testing.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to identify trends for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Evaluate proposed process changes for their impact on quality and productivity prior to implementation.
- Maintain an accurate database of all production details and enhance professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
Industrial Engineer Job Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, process, and/or mechanical engineering experience required
- Bachelors degree in engineering required
- Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies including Kanban, value stream mapping and 5S
