Maintenance Technician

Servicing Chester county, Delaware county, Montgomery county, Philadelphia and Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Completing work orders and other required tasks within stated time frames

• Successfully complete work order-driven repairs within stated time frames

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for building owners

• Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary

• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

• Work as a team on large-scale projects

• Maintain cleanliness of company-supplied vehicles and uniforms

• Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation

Requirements:

• 4 years' of experience with commercial facilities maintenance.

• Experience performing electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC, and basic carpentry work.

• Ability to use a smartphone and smartphone apps.

• Valid Driver's license.

• High School Diploma.
