Servicing Chester county, Delaware county, Montgomery county, Philadelphia and Delaware
Responsibilities:
- Completing work orders and other required tasks within stated time frames
- Successfully complete work order-driven repairs within stated time frames
- Perform routine preventive maintenance for building owners
- Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Work as a team on large-scale projects
- Maintain cleanliness of company-supplied vehicles and uniforms
- Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation
Requirements:
- 4 years' of experience with commercial facilities maintenance.
- Experience performing electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC, and basic carpentry work.
- Ability to use a smartphone and smartphone apps.
- Valid Driver's license.
- High School Diploma.
