Backed by a world-class partner ecosystem including AWS, Autodesk, UiPath, Capgemini, McKinsey, and Accenture, and trusted by teams at Hyundai, ArianeSpace, and NASA, we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial German-speaking sales professional to continue growing our presence in the German market.

Ideally, we are looking for someone based on the West Coast,


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Join our distributed sales team across Germany and the United States, united by a passion for innovative technology and a shared mission to help our customers become industry leaders. You will be at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in engineering history - selling Synera's AI Agent Platform to the companies that build our physical world. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who excel at expanding existing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration to deliver sustained impact. 

👉 What a week at Synera could look like:

  • Monday: You start the week with a Team Kick-Off to review goals and align on priorities, while engaging in outbound activities and reaching out to potential leads.

  • Tuesday: You focus on qualifying the leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value.

  • Wednesday: you conduct thorough use case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities, and sync with Ubaldo, our CRO.

  • Thursday: You drive the closing process, aiming to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships.

  • Friday: You use this time to refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for continuous improvement in your role.

⚡ In 6 months: 

  • You achieve your first win(s) by successfully closing an opportunity! 

⚡ In 12 months: 

  • You continue growing our customer base.

  • Proven B2B SaaS Sales Expertise: You bring a strong track record of success in selling technically complex software solutions within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Established Industry Network: You possess an active and well-developed network of relevant contacts within our target market, enabling you to generate and accelerate business opportunities.

  • Engineering Domain Expertise: You have an engineering background or hands-on experience working with or selling engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar solutions), enabling you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and understand customer challenges.

  • Executive-Level Engagement: You are skilled at building relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders and bring an existing portfolio of relevant accounts within our industry.

  • You confidently represent the company at conferences and industry events, delivering compelling presentations with professionalism and charisma.

  • You're genuinely excited about where AI is taking the engineering world - you don't need to be a technical expert, but you're curious, informed, and eager to have that conversation with customers.
